I can't count the years I have been with Pagel, but they have always been very accommodating. Always looking for discounts, better premiums, etc. Even when I was going through some difficult times, they had me covered. Literally. I have referred countless people to Pagel. I just hope they took the great advice.

Used to be a great agency in years past, however we ended up dropping them this past month. I called multiple times for a new quote as our rate increased dramatically a couple years back. I had to call back over 3 times for an update to ultimately be told they had no luck finding a better rate. Fast forward 2 years later and no one ever reached out to search for a better rate. I ended up calling a different agency and am now saving over $2k a year on premiums and have the same amount of coverage.

I wouldn't go here, been dealing with these people for 3 months about my grandfather's insurance. They have been messing around with us. They are pretty much robbing a 93 year old man. This is pathetic anything for them to make commission I would never go to this. And they told me they have me on recording agreeing to something that I didn't so I asked to hear it and the lady tells me that she doesn't have it. Again pathetic.

It would be nice if Justin called me back after I've already left 3 messages...in 2 weeks time

They take very good care of their customers. Their agents are extremely helpful with answering any and all questions no matter how matter how many times they're asked

Our insurance went up 35%. I called as soon as we received our renewal and asked them to see if there was something less expensive. Three weeks later - still no response. We have moved on to another agency.

3 weeks ago I dropped off copy of my current insurance for a quote.
Are 2 calls to see if they had quote ready. Kept saying working on it. Sorry when with another company. Very poor service!

Company is garbage. They are terrible at getting back to you. Save yourself time and money by doing it yourself. Definitely don’t use Justin.

Kate contacted me to let me know the insurance company we were with was having crazy price increases and she had already run quotes with other companies for us to review. (Which saved us almost $1000 a year AND was better coverage). Every time we have a question I call or email and she is back to me within minutes. THIS is how I want my insurance company to work.
