Used to be a great agency in years past, however we ended up dropping them this past month. I called multiple times for a new quote as our rate increased dramatically a couple years back. I had to call back over 3 times for an update to ultimately be told they had no luck finding a better rate. Fast forward 2 years later and no one ever reached out to search for a better rate. I wouldn't go here, been dealing with these people for 3 months about my grandfather's insurance. They have been messing around with us. They are pretty much robbing a 93 year old man. This is pathetic anything for them to make commission I would never go to this. And they told me they have me on recording agreeing to something that I didn't so I asked to hear it and the lady tells me that she doesn't have it. Again pathetic.
