Criss is a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Pagel & Associates Insurance Agency. She grew up in Milwaukee, WI and later graduated from Green Bay East High School in Green Bay, WI, where she met her husband Larry.
She joined Pagel & Associates in 2012 and has become a very important asset to our agency, helping clients in nearly every way possible. Criss takes care of policy changes, payments, claims and much more. Prior to joining Pagel & Associates, she was also a CSR at another insurance agency and Rural Mutual Insurance Company. Criss entered the insurance industry in the year 2000 as a CSR while she lived in St. Louis, MO, and has years of experience and expertise to share with our customers.
When Criss cannot be with her two grown children and two granddaughters, she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, and watching sports with her husband Larry and their yellow lab Sadie.
