Justin Lardinois

Justin is an Insurance Agent and Agency Manager at Pagel & Associates Insurance in our Green Bay location. He grew up in Green Bay, WI, graduating from Bay Port High School, later studying at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and eventually Kaplan University to earn his Wisconsin Insurance License.

Justin joined Pagel & Associates Insurance in 2010 as a part-time Insurance Agent transitioning to full-time August 2013. In 2019 Justin took on his current role as Agency Manager. Prior to joining Pagel & Associates Insurance, Justin worked in business-to-business sales roles in the Document Management and Information Technology industries.

Justin currently resides in Chase, WI with his wife Michelle, daughters Everly and Oaklyn, their dog Chloe, and cat Bear. Outside of work, Justin is actively involved in after-school and extra curricular programs for his daughters such as softball and dance. Justin enjoys entertaining with friends and neighbors, and time off with his family.

I most enjoy being able to help people and businesses understand what the numbers behind insurance truly mean, and the importance of being protected properly.

Our insurance went up 35%. I called as soon as we received our renewal and asked them to see if there was something less expensive. Three weeks later - still no response. We have moved on to another agency.

3 weeks ago I dropped off copy of my current insurance for a quote.Are 2 calls to see if they had quote ready. Kept saying working on it. Sorry when with another company. Very poor service!

Asked for a re quote on insurance and they told me it was the same price. Called insurance company directly and found out Pagel has been charging me around $330 + per year more!!! I then called them to ask about it and Woman named Kris was extremely aggressive and unprofessional stating that companies aren't supposed to do that. WOW! Scumbags!!

Company is garbage. They are terrible at getting back to you. Save yourself time and money by doing it yourself. Definitely don’t use Justin.

Kate contacted me to let me know the insurance company we were with was having crazy price increases and she had already run quotes with other companies for us to review. (Which saved us almost $1000 a year AND was better coverage). Every time we have a question I call or email and she is back to me within minutes. THIS is how I want my insurance company to work. It’s so refreshing! Definitely recommending Kate to everyone I hear complain about their current insurance agents/company.
