Our insurance went up 35%. I called as soon as we received our renewal and asked them to see if there was something less expensive. Three weeks later - still no response. We have moved on to another agency.

3 weeks ago I dropped off copy of my current insurance for a quote.
Are 2 calls to see if they had quote ready. Kept saying working on it. Sorry when with another company. Very poor service!

Asked for a re quote on insurance and they told me it was the same price. Called insurance company directly and found out Pagel has been charging me around $330 + per year more!!! I then called them to ask about it and Woman named Kris was extremely aggressive and unprofessional stating that companies aren't supposed to do that. WOW! Scumbags!!

Kate contacted me to let me know the insurance company we were with was having crazy price increases and she had already run quotes with other companies for us to review. (Which saved us almost $1000 a year AND was better coverage). Every time we have a question I call or email and she is back to me within minutes. THIS is how I want my insurance company to work. It’s so refreshing! Definitely recommending Kate to everyone I hear complain about their current insurance agents/company.
